We e-mail you new listings that match your criteria.

Before they even hit the market, we e-mail you new listings from the MLS® system operated by your local real estate board matching your requirements.

We research the neighborhood.

We search past sales of similar properties to ensure you don’t overpay prior to submitting an offer on a property.

We negotiate, hard.

We negotiate tirelessly to get you the best deal possible. And we'll make sure your home is inspected by a top-notch inspector to ensure you don't buy a lemon.

We celebrate!

Break out the bubbly! We congratulate you on the purchase of your new home once all conditions have been waived.

We manage closing.

We manage all aspects of the closing, from paperwork, to financing, to lawyer coordination; we manage it all.

We write you a cheque - a BIG one.

We keep 1.25% of the purchase price, and rebate you the balance for the priviledge of helping you purchase your home.
